We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team, supporting a US based Medical Spa business. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service by efficiently managing appointment bookings through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, both spoken and written, and will be comfortable working within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone, from 9am to 7pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling: Utilize our CRM system to manage and return calls, book appointments, and follow up with potential clients.
Communication: Reach out to clients via calls, text messages, and social media direct messages to schedule appointments, providing a seamless and efficient service.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our brand positively and ensuring client satisfaction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and feedback within the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet business goals and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language is mandatory. Candidates must provide sample calls to demonstrate their proficiency.

Availability: Must be available to work from 9am to 7pm EST.

Experience: Proven experience in appointment setting or customer service roles, preferably within a medical spa or service-based business. Candidate must be comfortable with accepting online payments.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems for managing calls and appointments. Familiarity with social media platforms for communication purposes.

Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliable, and committed to long-term employment with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
