Job Description

Hey, I’m Raza Ry [RAH-ZAH-RYE],

founder and solopreneur of TapSVN “TAP-SEVEN” (/), where we help entrepreneurs and small businesses to level up their brands with smart marketing and automation.

We’re all about giving our clients the strategic edge with websites, a white-labeled Go High Level platform,
content creation, and consulting to hit their milestones without changing who they naturally are.

Here’s the Play:
I’m on the hunt for an Appointment Setter who’s all about making connections count.

You’re not just filling slots in a calendar; you’re the first touchpoint for our potential clients, setting the stage for success. This gig’s got growth written all over it for someone who’s got the hunger to evolve as we do.

My current lead magnets attract many organic leads and I need assistance following up with these leads between the hours of 1pm and 8pm EST M-Th.

Also during this same window I need assistance triaging those that booked calls to confirm availability and readiness for what we offer and I’ll be selling.

I have scripts for both of these tasks and my main type of clients are music artists, creatives, and small business owners that sell products and services.

Our current flagship offer is selling access to our white label version of GHL that comes with consulting services on using it to implement our methodologies of value based marketing.

Your Playbook:

– Lead triage to sift through and qualify who gets a sit-down with me. We want every call to count.

– Re-engage our warm leads with the kind of follow-ups that reignite interest and show we’re here to make a difference.

– Facilitate the flow of information like a pro—help me and our clients stay synced and informed every step of the way as needed.

The Perks:

– Starting Salary: Starting at $7/hr with quick raises
– Bonuses: Each new client win that you quarterback gets you a financial high-five in the form of a bonus.
– Room to Grow: Show me you’re indispensable, and let’s talk about expanding your role and rewards.
– Flexible schedule: Fridays off and holidays and time off with requests

Here’s Who You’re Not:
Just another resume in the pile. You’re the type who’s learning from every play, whether it’s a win or a learning moment. You know customer service isn’t just about being polite—it’s about being memorable. And accountability? That’s your middle name.

Join the Huddle If:

– You’re stoked by the thought of growth—for you, for our clients, for TapSVN.

– You see this as more than a job—it’s your chance to be part of a brand on the rise.

– You’re all about diving into the details and coming up with strategies that score big.

To Throw Your Hat in the Ring:

Get into the game by following these steps (and yup, details matter, don’t let your application be ignored):

1. Subject Line: Hit my inbox with “Ready to Set the Stage at TapSVN” as your subject.

2. Intro Video: Drop a link to a short video where you break down your story, your spark, and what makes you, well, you.

3. Why This? (label this ‘Answer 1’): Give me 2-3 sentences right at the top on why this role’s calling your name.

4. What You’ve Got (label this ‘Answer 2’): In five sentences or fewer, talk to me about your experience, especially if you’ve been in the ring with GoHighLevel, Notion, or Trello.

5. Your Timing (label this ‘Answer 3’): Can you commit to our 30ish-hour week? Yes or no—keep it simple.

6. Your Playbook (label this ‘Answer 4’): Got chops in marketing or the creative industry? Lay it out for me.

Next Steps:
If you’ve got what it takes and follow these steps, I’ll circle back with a survey link to take this to the next level.

Looking forward to seeing what you bring to the table,

Raza
