i am an online fitness coach with 400 000+ instagram followers (all genuine, no fake or paid followers)
i have a small full-time team working with/for me, including my 24-year old sister, and we are looking to hire an experienced appointment setter.
Tasks include:
– maximizing the conversion of our followers and views into booked sales calls with me
– using ig direct messages and my free lead magnets to build trust, give value and increase their desire to take action
i am looking to work with someone for the long-term so if you just want a job for a few months, please do NOT waste my time applying.
starting pay: $2-3USD per hour depending on your experience
your working hours will be 6 days per week from 8pm-1am and 9am-12noon philippine time when my american followers are awake.
HERE ARE THE SKILLS YOU NEED:
1. HIGHLY ORGANIZED – there are many conversations you will be participating in everyday with different objectives. if you are not organized, you will get overwhelmed, confused and make mistakes..
2. WRITE AND THINK like a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER – many filipino can write “good” english, but it’s easy to spot that they are “virtual workers” because of the formal/stiff way they write english. you need to be able to write the way most americans write/comment/dm. you need to pass of as me in all the content creation / customer messaging / replying to comments that you do.
3. GROWTH MINDSET – you need to be an A-player that strives to improve, grow and learn.
4. FlEXIBLE & CREATIVE – you need to be able to flow with the convo to emotionally connect with a person. oftentimes you have to be funny, playful or positive!
note how i have been typing this whole ad.. lots of sentence and technical and punctuation errors.. but it flows well the same way an american would talk.. and that’s what is needed for social media excellence nowadays.. makes sense?
