Our company, Whitestone Land, is a land-buying business. We are looking for hungry professionals who want to join a fast-paced sales team and a financially strong company that can provide a stable environment for your growth.

Working Schedule:
U.S. time: Monday-Friday 8-4 pm PST.

100% Remote. Full-Time.

*Your Role in the organization*
The roles involve reaching out and qualifying Direct Marketing leads via calls, answering owners’ questions, setting appointments for our Acquisition Manager, and accurate reporting inside our CRM.

*Day-to-Day Expectations*
You will be making 30-50 calls/day
Expect to have 20+ conversations/day with owners.

**Responsibilities**
– Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
– Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
– Follow up with existing leads on a regular basis. Build rapport and trust with owners and confirm their interest in selling.
– Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met

**Compensation**
$1500/mo for the first 60 days. We will evaluate your work, performance, and feedback to decide on future salary and bonuses.

**Qualifications**
– Comfortable working on the phone. You will be spending 4+ hrs/day on the phone.
– Experience using CRM software (We use Podio and )
– Superb English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
– 2+ years of experience in Sales or Call Center roles.
– US Expats are preferred.
