Your responsibilities will include:
* replying to LinkedIn messages, emails, and text messages
* calling leads from LinkedIn, email, and SMS within 5 minutes of reply
* following up regularly with active leads until appointment is booked
* cold calling old customers and stale leads using our dialer
* qualifying leads for different coworking products
* booking appointments in our front desk’s calendar
* keeping updated records of all activity in our CRM and in Google Sheets

You must have a strong background in:
* 3+ Years Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Cold Calling
* Outbound Sales
* Appointment Setting
* Handling Objections
* 3+ Years Experience Working in Sales
* OPTIONAL Experience with coworking spaces or commercial real estate (business centers, office spaces, virtual mailbox)
* Must be motivated and willing to hit high KPIs without taking shortcuts
* Experience with GoHighLevel (CRM) is a plus
