Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appointment Setter to drive our sales efforts and convert prospects into satisfied clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appointment setting and sales, with a proven ability to engage with leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process effectively.

Compensation: $400-$600 per month + bonus on performance

Working Hours: US business hours, Monday through Saturday

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

– Utilize the High-level CRM system to manage leads and clients efficiently.
– Proficiency in utilizing Project Management tools, particularly Asana, for effective task management and collaboration.
– Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects and qualify their interest in our photography services.
– Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
– Identify specific photography needs of prospects and tailor our offerings accordingly.
– Schedule appointments with qualified leads and conduct sales presentations to showcase our services.
– Guide clients through the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns and closing sales.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
– Track and report key metrics related to appointment setting and sales performance.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in appointment setting or similar sales roles, preferably in the photography industry.
– Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly High-level, for lead management and communication.
– Proficiency in utilizing Project Management tools, particularly Asana, for effective task management and collaboration.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
– Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
