Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for sparking interest in warm leads and facilitating a Demo Call with our Closer Team? If you’re looking for an opportunity to showcase your customer engagement and sales skills, this could be the ideal role for you!
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in establishing first contact with our potential clients. You will engage with warm leads, providing them with the necessary information regarding our program and securing Demo Calls for our sales team. All of your inbound Discovery Calls will be completed via Zoom.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adept at building rapport, and has an ability to understand a prospect’s pain points and goals, so you can then explain how our program can help them. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are driven by achieving targets.

***Offer Details
This is a full-time remote position requiring 40 hours per week in EST Time Zone from 12PM EST to 8PM EST with a competitive base salary plus bonuses and incentives.
***Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage potential clients.
• Professional demeanor and environment as all Discovery Calls will be conducted via Zoom.
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer engagement role, preferably in appointment setting or telesales.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
• Basic understanding of managing CRM systems (experience with CRM is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and team-playing skills.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday during EST hours (within the range of 12 PM – 8 PM) for a full-time shift.
***Responsibilities
• Lead Discovery Calls with prospects to understand their challenges and goals, positioning our high-ticket coaching program as a potential solution.
• Convert warm leads to Demo Calls for our Closer Team.
• Contact warm leads via Zoom, phone call, SMS, and email to schedule Discovery Calls and ensure the prospect attends any scheduled Demo Calls.
• Effectively manage leads and schedule appointments through our CRM system ().
• Maintain regular communication with our High-Ticket Closers to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
