Role Overview: As a Remote Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in our paper shredding and IT company by initiating and nurturing client relationships through engaging conversations. Your primary focus will be on setting appointments for our professionals, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into our sales pipeline. You will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of sales campaigns, ranging from corporate document disposal to IT solutions for businesses.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients, introducing our services and understanding their specific needs.
-Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
-Tailor sales pitches and campaign strategies to match the unique requirements of each client.
-Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for our professionals to follow up.
-Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions and appointment outcomes.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to adapt to different client preferences and tailor your approach accordingly.
-Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working effectively in a remote setting.
-Familiarity with relevant industry terminology and trends is a plus.
-Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and communication tools.
-A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
