The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, a strong communicator, and possess high energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for being part of a team and driving growth.
The ideal candidate must be persistent with strong ASSERTIVE PHONE skills and be comfortable making 250+ OUTGOING CALLS PER DAY.
This position requires independent decision-making skills, self-sufficiency, and self-direction with keen attention to detail while thriving on establishing and nurturing personal relationships.

Job Responsibilities Include:
Make 250+ outbound calls to leads provided daily.
Monitor and track website registrations.
Spend 80% of the day on the phone.
Maintain contact database by receiving leads from the team, sourcing leads, assigning them for follow-up, and entering them for ongoing relations.
Provide daily lead follow-up tracking, appointments, and conversion numbers.

Requirements:
Must have a strong background in Follow up Boss and or other CRM process
Superior phone skills.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage numerous details without errors.
Laptop and cell phone.
Superior PC skills using email and the Internet.
Willingness to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed.
