Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and customer centric Appointment Setter to join our growing home improvement digital marketing agency for a Part Time position. We help remodelers get more clients and more projects running digital marketing campaigns and vetting leads on their behalf.

The appointment setter or “ISA” will be responsible for following up and vetting the prospects that have filled a form through our client’s digital marketing campaigns before booking for a consultation with our client.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be primarily responsible to call leads generated through Facebook & Instagram and convert those leads into home consultations for our clients.

• You will assess the needs and qualifications of prospects to ensure they meet the standards set by our clients. This includes evaluating financial readiness, type of project and timeline.

• You will convert new leads into home consultations appointments by listening to the leads’ vision of their project, asking them the right questions using our script as a guideline,and finally scheduling them in for a consultation via our CRM system (HighLevel).

• At times, you will collaborate with the marketing team to refine call scripts and outreach strategies based on consumer feedback and conversion rates.

• You will fill out regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to management using our dashboards.

• Attending training sessions as needed (call reviews, outdoor living project enablement, etc)

Experience:

Proven experience with calling leads in inside sales, telemarketing, booking consultations, customer service or a related field, with a preference for candidates with a B2C background, preferably in the remodeling, solar or roofing industry.

Soft skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication of English
Proficient in English with outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
A results-oriented mindset, and willingness to progress.
Availability to work across various time zones to connect with a nationwide customer base.

This position has the opportunity to grow into a full time and also a management position that will manage a team of Appointment Setters.

Technical Skills Required:

• Internet download speed of at least 20 MB / 160 Mbps. Internet upload speed of at least 5 MB / 40 Mbps

• Excellent headset or microphone / speakers quality (Highly recommended)

• Understanding / experience working in the Home Improvement / Remodeling Niche (BONUS)

• Experience with Go HighLevel CRM (BONUS)
