Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, introduce our janitorial services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses throughout Virginia to introduce Clockwork Cleaning’s janitorial services.
Engage potential clients in conversation to understand their cleaning needs and offer suitable solutions.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct walkthroughs and provide quotes.
Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system with client information and call notes.
Follow up with potential clients as needed to secure appointments.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Performance Benchmarks:
First 10 Days: Set 5 high-quality appointments.
First 30 Days: Set a total of 15 high-quality appointments.
By 60 Days: Average 5 or more high-quality appointments per week.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to engage clients and build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
First 10 Days: Commission-only basis: $10 per successful appointment.
Post 10 Days: Base Hourly Rate: $4 per hour.
Commission: $7 per successful appointment.
Performance Bonuses: $50 bonus for exceeding 20 appointments in a month. Additional $20 for appointments converting into sales.
Team Bonus: $50 for each team member if the team averages 30 appointments/per setter in a month.
