Job Description

We are a fitness facility based in the South East of England.

**PLEASE READ – MUST SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH**

We are looking for cold callers and appointment setters to re-engage with old clients and leads who are familiar with our business.

Tasks include:
– maximizing the conversion of our ex members and to get them booked in for either a tour or resigned to the facility.

I am looking to work with someone for the long-term so if you just want a job for a few months, this may not be for you.

starting pay: $4-5USD per hour depending on your experience

your working hours will be 4 days per week Mon, Tues, Wed and Sat – From 10:30am-14:00pm and 17:30-20:00 U.K time (GMT) when our local community starts to wake

HERE ARE THE SKILLS YOU NEED:

1. HIGHLY ORGANIZED – there are many conversations you will be participating in everyday with different objectives. if you are not organized, you will get overwhelmed, confused and make mistakes..

2. TALK AND THINK like a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER – many Filipino can speak “good” English, but it’s easy to spot that they are “virtual workers” because of the formal/stiff way they converse.
You need to be able to follow the dialogue and tonality from the script we will provide along with the training we provide during the onboarding process.

3. GROWTH MINDSET – you need to want to improve as you progress as we have more lucrative opportunities for those who are successful.
Wanting to strive to improve, grow and learn will gain you access to more and more opportunities to eventually sell over the phone earning commission when ready.

4. Flexible & CREATIVE – you need to be able to flow with the conversation to emotionally connect with a person.
Oftentimes you have to be funny, playful or positive and caring.

– Health and fitness experience/knowledge/passion
