**Key Areas of Responsibilities:
– Instagram Inbox Management: Engage with potential clients through Instagram, generating interest and securing sales calls.
– Cold Email Outreach: Craft compelling cold emails to prospects, aiming to set up meetings and establish new business opportunities.
– Lead Generation: Proactively scrape leads and identify new opportunities to expand our client base.
– Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing sales funnels to maximize revenue generation.
– Proposal Follow-up: Diligently follow up on sent proposals, ensuring timely responses and increasing conversion rates.
– Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our services effectively.
– Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing insights to improve performance and drive growth.

**Requirements
– Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an appointment setter, leads generation, sales assistant, or sales admin role
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in lead generation techniques and sales funnel management
– Strong understanding of Instagram and cold emailing strategies
– Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
