Role Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves outbound prospecting, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to identify and engage potential clients. The ideal candidate will be focused on setting up qualified appointments and driving revenue growth through engaging interactions and showcasing the value GreenLink has to offer.
Job Responsibilities
1. Outbound Prospecting: Engage in proactive outbound prospecting to identify and contact potential clients through LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and cold calls.
2. Appointment Setting: Set up qualified appointments for the account executive, with an expectation of progressively increasing the number of appointments.
3. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the account executive, providing daily activity reports and participating in weekly strategy meetings. Maintain an open-door policy for effective communication and strategy alignment.
Job Requirements
1. Must be fluent in English – speaking and writing
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in selling and/or outbound prospecting with a proven track record. The candidate should be self-motivated, highly driven, and skilled in cold outreach.
3. Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn and email for business development, excellent time management, high emotional intelligence, and resilience, especially in handling rejection.
4. Work Environment: This is a remote position. The candidate must have access to reliable high-speed internet and a backup internet option.
Bonus Structure:
On top of your base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a substantial monthly bonus based on number of qualified scheduled meetings, and a larger bonus if the deal closes.
