About Us:
We are Muse Media Digital, a digital marketing agency that helps medical spas and aesthetic clinics to grow using online advertising. Our team is creative and modern, and we work with different medical spas in Canada & US to bring them more clients through digital strategies like Facebook ads.
Role Overview:
As an Appointment Setter at Muse Digital, your job is to call and text the leads that comes from the Facebook Ads and also who might be interested in our services through Instagram, Facebook and other platforms. You’ll be calling them in 5 to 10 minutes and making sure we book them in the calendar with taking a deposit.
Responsibilities:
-Call the leads in 5-10 minutes.
-Talk to them about what we can offer, explain the treatment and book them in the calendar with taking a $50 Deposit.
-Use Go High Level (CRM) effectively to talk and call the leads.
-Work closely with our team to make sure we’re doing the best job possible.
-Keep good records of all your conversations on the phone as well as sms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be expected from you each week:
The number of appointments you schedule each day or week.
How many people you talk to become interested in what we offer.
Making sure you call people back quickly (within 5 to 10 minutes).
Being good at talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
Helping our team bring in more business

About You:
You worked within beauty industry or health industry before.
You’ve done a similar job before or have experience talking to people.
You’re good at speaking english and writing in simple and clear language.
If you know about online marketing, especially Facebook ads, that’s a bonus!
You can juggle a few tasks at once and work fast.
You like getting results and hitting targets.
You’re organized and good at managing your time.
You can dedicated at least 5 hours per day to this job.
