Our team is looking for a Sales Development Representatives to work for our clients. This is an exciting position, we are growing fast and need skilled Cold Callers. We will provide you with all of the necessary leads, scripting, training, and software to do this.

What will you be doing?
– Cold calling leads and qualifying leads and adding notes to CRM ()
– Your goal is to try to convince the lead to take a 30-minute meeting with our client.
– Be comfortable making 100 + cold calls a day
– Hit daily and weekly KPI’s
– Cold call into cold B2B leads
– Schedule meetings with potential clients
– CRM related work (Entering Notes, making calls, organizing leads)
– Manage pipeline and organize calendars
– Create qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for our client’s sales team to take
Requirements:
– 9 to 5 pm EST
– 40 hours per week
– Monday to Friday
– Reliable Internet
– Clear headset to make calls on
– Cold calling experience (2 + years)
– Strong English speaking
– Experience working out of a CRM
– Experience scheduling meetings on calendars
– Comfortable handling objections
– Comfortable using cold call scripts
Salary:
– $4 to $6 USD Hourly + Monthly Bonus (dependent on experience)
– Monthly Bonuses based on performance (meetings booked)
– Paid Weekly
