Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Appointment Setter/Office Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, setting appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our client relationships and supporting our team in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, prospects, and team members.
– Manage and update calendars for various team members.
– Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to set appointments.
– Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
– Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
– Support the team with various ad hoc tasks as needed.
– Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5+ Years Experience in Appointment Setting (A Requirement)
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Office Assistant, or in a similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in using scheduling and office management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Office).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
– Customer-focused with a positive and professional demeanor.
