Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller

***VERY HIGH PAYING JOB!***

Hi! I’m looking for a skilled appointment setter for my solar company. We use Go High Level and it’s built in phone-system to contact our leads. We receive about 10-20 fresh leads per day for people that want to do our solar program. Your job will be to make calls on the dialer and set appointments. We have a very good script and I will be personally training you every day. You’ll need to be available for 6-8 hours per day to make calls. These are not cold calls, all of these leads are warm leads that fill out our Facebook ads. This is a very high paying job, hourly + commission based.

Compensation:
The average rep for this job can make upwards of $100-$200 per 8 hour shift. You’ll get paid hourly and you’ll get commission money every time an appointment you set shows up. Our reps on average make 2-3x similar jobs because of our commission structure. Pay is $6/hour as base wages plus $5/Appointment Set, $10/Utility Bill Received, $15/Credit Qualification Passed, and $25/Closed Deal (Installation).

Criteria for the Job:
*THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD AMERICAN ACCENT AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.*
Requirements
– FLUENT in English
– Call center experience
– Hard worker
– Looking for LONG TERM work
– 6-8 hours a day minimum, (we have different shifts starting 8 am Pacific Time to 9pm Pacific Time)
– You must be very willing to learn and love commissions
Preferences (Not Required but Preferred):
– You have experience with Go High Level
– You have experience in solar
