Appointment Setter / Outbound Caller

***VERY HIGH PAYING JOB!***

Hi! I’m looking for a skilled appointment setter for my solar company. We use Automate Solar,
TextNow or Call Tools if your calling 6 hours or more a day to contact our leads. We receive about 200 to 300 fresh leads per day for people that want to do our solar program.

Your job will be to make calls on the dialer and set appointments. We have a very good script
and I will be personally training you every day. You’ll need to be available for 6-8 hours per day to
make calls. These are cold leads, coming from our lead providers.

This is a very high paying job, commission based. You’ll get paid commission money every time an appointment you set shows up. Our reps on average make 2-3x similar jobs because of our commission structure.

Pay:
$30 per sit appointment
$50 per sit appointment with utility bill
$150 per installed solar system

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD AMERICAN
ACCENT AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.

Here’s the requirements:
– FLUENT in English
– Call center experience
– Hard worker
– Looking for LONG TERM work
– 6-8 hours a day minimum, (we have different shifts starting 8 am Eastern Time to 9pm Eastern
Time)
– You must be very willing to learn and love commissions

These aren’t requirements but I would very much like this:
– You have experience with Automate Solar and TextNow or Call Tools
– You have experience in solar
