Hey go-getter! I am looking for an appointment setter who is EXCELLENT at outreach.

You are someone who understands business positioning and how to approach busy people with the right pitch and follow up.

We’d like to hire you to help us book meetings with new potential clients!

As the Appointment Setter, you will work closely with our VA and CEO to email and direct message business owners and executives based in the USA. You’ll be responsible for drafting outreach messages (following our template examples), and most importantly, tracking your outreach and results in a spreadsheet.

So attention to detail is key!

Ultimately, you should be able to own the metrics you are responsible for and ensure that our outreach & meetings booked contribute to our company’s long-term success.

Time Commitment:
3 months, 8 hours per week

We are looking for someone who has:

100% fluent in English speaking and writing

Strong copywriting and messaging skills for email communication

An understanding of the KN Digital brand: what we do, our target audience, and how to get in front of them (you’ll be trained on this)

Real, first-hand experience in planning and implementing outreach campaigns

Responsibilities:
Appointment setter will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them via email OR on the phone, and scheduling an appointment.

Source potential clients using online directories and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Craft personalized, impossible-to-ignore emails that lead to booked calls

Follow-up with prospects

Track your outreach efforts and results in spreadsheet

Document your processes to keep our SOPs up-to-date

Tools you’ll use:

Asana for project management

Gmail for email outreach + Social media platforms

What’sApp (I primarily communicate with team members via What’sApp)

Google Drive
