The right person for this position will make a high volume of phone calls with the intention of scheduling appointments with prospective customers. Must be able to follow scripts and respond to objections in a natural, persuasive, and professional manner.
Primary Tasks:
*Converts inquiries into leads by answering inbound telephone calls.
*Advises prospective customers by making outbound calls and answering incoming calls on a call cycle basis qualified prospects to the marketing team in an efficient and effective manner.
*Influences prospective customers to set an appointment by following a prepared script.
*Documents transactions by completing spreadsheets and CRM.
*Maintains CRM database
Experience:
*Excellent English.
*At least four year of experience in a sales support role setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
*Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
*Knowledge of Infusionsoft or Salesforce.
