Position Summary
Part-time to Full Time: Monday – Friday Eastern Standard Time

We are actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic marketing agency. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients (real estate agents & Broker/owners), conducting outreach, and securing appointments on our President’s calendar. Our goal is to help real estate agents grow their business with our proven marketing solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving business growth.

Desired Experience
Proven experience with appointment setting and prospecting responsibilities (Minimum 2 years)
Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or cold outreach. (Minimum 2 years)
Familiarity with marketing and sales concepts is beneficial
Working knowledge of real estate industry dynamics would be advantageous

Position Overview
In this role, you will drive lead generation and appointment booking to ultimately increase our company’s sales.

Primary Objectives
Build a consistent pipeline of high-potential real estate agent prospects.
Secure qualified appointments for the company’s CEO.

Responsibilities
Lead Research and Identification: Thoroughly research target markets to identify low-competition locations for Google local service ads. Create and maintain a detailed database of potential real estate agent clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
Outreach Strategy: Draft compelling email and social media DM templates designed to engage real estate agents.
Develop sequences of outreach messages across email, social media, potentially SMS, and phone calls (if applicable).
Appointment Booking: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to connect with prospects.
Manage lead communication and nurture potential clients.
Schedule qualified appointments on the CEO’s calendar.
Reporting and Analysis: Track key metrics such as outreach volume, response rate, and appointments booked.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization within the prospecting workflow.

Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize leads, and maintain accurate records.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, and social media tools.
