**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Outreach Marketing:**
– Proactively establish contact with potential clients through cold calls and cold emails, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality leads.
– Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, gaining insights into their needs and tailoring your approach accordingly.
2. **Script Creation:**
– Design and continuously refine compelling scripts for cold calls and emails, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and resonance with our target audience.
– Implement feedback loops to optimize scripts based on real-world results and feedback.
3. **Collaboration:**
– Forge strong working relationships with our sales closers, ensuring a fluid transition from initial outreach to the final sales pitch.
– Contribute insights and feedback from your outreach activities to help refine and enhance our overarching sales strategies.
4. **Target Achievement:**
– Relentlessly pursue and surpass set targets, ensuring a consistent high conversion rate.
– Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on your outreach performance metrics.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a related role.
– Exceptional scriptwriting skills with a demonstrable track record of high conversion rates.
– Fluent English proficiency with impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
– Adeptness in researching and understanding the unique needs of potential clients.
– Familiarity with the property sector will be considered an advantage.
**Compensation:**
– A competitive base salary of $500 per month.
– Additional performance-based bonuses and incentives.
