As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a skilled Appointment Setter to join our remote team in the Philippines.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter with experience in B2B sales to assist in generating leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of prospective clients.
• Engage with decision-makers to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our sales team.
• Utilize Zoho CRM to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve monthly appointment goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, or similar role, within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with potential clients effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM, and proficiency in managing leads and pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, while adhering to Eastern Standard Time.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets and deadlines.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to making calls and scheduling appointments.

Interview Process:
As part of the interview process, prospective candidates will be required to develop a script to sell to the hiring manager. This script should demonstrate the candidate’s ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and secure appointments with potential clients. Selected candidates will then proceed to the interview stage where they will have the opportunity to discuss their script and further demonstrate their qualifications for the role.
