Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for them to meet with our personal trainers. You will play a key role in the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and text messages
Qualify leads and assess their interest in our personal training services
Set appointments for clients to meet with our personal trainers
Maintain accurate records of all appointments and follow-up activities
Collaborate with the personal training team to ensure a smooth and seamless client experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet
