Job Role:
As an Appointment Setter at Spring Cleaning, you will be the bridge connecting our exceptional cleaning services to businesses and organizations. Your primary responsibility is to reach out, introduce the gold standard of Spring Cleaning, and set appointments for our service teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to businesses and organizations via phone.
2. Follow the scripts for offering and explaining the range and benefits of Spring Cleaning services.
3. Schedule appointments for our cleaning teams to give bids.
4. Maintain a record of all calls, including potential leads and scheduled appointments.
5. Provide feedback to management regarding potential leads and client preferences.
6. Work towards achieving targets and securing bonuses.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Prior experience in sales or appointment setting preferred.
3. Proficiency in using office software and tools.
4. Driven and motivated to achieve targets.
5. A keen understanding of customer needs and service orientation.
6. English must be perfect with minimal accent.
7. Must be willing and able to work 8am to 4pm Central Time Zone and have access to reliable internet.
Compensation:
– $100 per week salary + $50 per showed scheduled appt. (reps average 5-8 appts per week)
