The Appointment Setter assists the Sales team by setting quality appointments with Hiring Managers looking to utilize recruitment services. They manage the logistics of the entire process from prospect call- follow up call – to appointment setting all along communicating with clients and our Internal Sales Team to identify their needs and qualifications.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
• Ability to get smartly past the word NO
• Understanding that the word NO is normal and part of the Sales Process
• Diligently follow up with target Clients not yet connected with
• Set quality appointments for the Sales Team
• Offer to reschedule appointments as needed.
• Assist Sales Team by documenting changes that may be needed for the finalized contract and sending to the client for details and signatures.
• Record detailed notes and updates in the client’s files to ensure thorough communication.
• Performs other responsibilities, as requested or assigned by management.
Requirements
• Must be able to work US Hours Monday- Friday
• Previously recognized or awarded for Sales Achievements
• Desire to learn.
• MUST have the ability to raise your hand and ask questions.
• Is NEVER afraid of telling people they do not understand a concept of training
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Ability to educate client on the importance of the review process.
• Ability to overcome objections in setting appointments.
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
• Fluency and adaptability with technology.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
