Job Description

Mode of work: Remote work (US hours availability required)

Job Purpose: In this role, you will contribute to the company’s long-term strategic growth plans, negotiate business deals, and expand our sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set appointments and close sales with potential partners, distributors, and customers.
-Identify and engage potential customers, fostering strong relationships.
-Manage outreach via cold calls, emails, Facebook groups, and LinkedIn.
-Craft persuasive outreach messages and conduct strategic phone calls
-Serve as the primary contact for customer sales communication, handling inquiries and issues.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Use CRM tools to track leads and sales efficiently.

Requirements:
-Minimum of one to two years of experience as an appointment setter and cold caller or similar roles, preferably with US clients.
-Has some experience in business research and market analysis.
-Proven experience in sales and business growth strategy
-Preferably with experience in pipeline creation and handling outbound/inbound leads.
-Confidence and resilience in telephone communication.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Technical Requirements:
-Windows-based PC or Mac, noise-cancelling headset.
-Home office setup with a quiet work environment.
-Noise cancellation software
-Reliable electricity (minimal to no outage) and high-speed internet.
