Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter at LecsIT, you will play a vital role in our sales process by initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, organized, and have excellent communication skills to represent our company effectively.

Responsibilities:
•Make 75 outbound calls daily to prospective clients to introduce our products/services
•Qualify leads and gather necessary information to assess potential interest
•Schedule appointments for our sales representatives with qualified leads
•Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets

Requirements:
•Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting (preferably with SaaS or IT-related campaigns)
•Minimum of 6-12 months of experience specifically making OUTBOUND cold calls.
•Demonstrated experience in making 100+ dials a day.
•Proven track record of productivity and success in cold calling, not just general experience in making calls.
•Consistent employment history with minimal job changes (ideally staying in positions for longer than 6 months).
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools
•Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
