Job Summary
We are looking for COLD CALLER / SALES DEVELOPMENT / SDR with SHIPPING EXPERIENCE

You will be working for a UK Business that offers their customers the best courier solutions for their company, with an online multi-carrier platform that allows them to make the best choice between service, transport time and price to suit the needs of their business.

This is a Business-2- Business (B2B) Role so you will be speaking to professional clients within multiple industries.

Full training will be provided. You will have proven script that work well and a database of potential customers that will get you started quickly.

Main Responsibilities:
• Create Telemarketing Lists
• Quickly research company background online to understand potential business opportunity
• Making outbound calls to potential new customers to make contact with the decision maker
• Profile Business to qualify the lead i.e. uses courier services and ships internationally
• Converting leads to appointments & send email voice recording to Business Development team
• Diary management to support the Business Development team
• Email follow-up to generate leads
• Ensure that data is entered consistently, accurately into a Database and a CRM.
• Training & sharing lessons with team members to further develop business.
Future developmental opportunity
• Customer or Business Support – Managing inbound Customer queries & liaising between Business and Customer.
• Sales Consultant – Perform short screen-sharing demonstrations online and converting prospect to Customer

Key Skills Required
• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must
• Performance and resilience are an absolute must.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong and effective communicator with an excellent telephone manner is essential for this role
• Ability to be proactive with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
• Extremely organized, and self-starter.
• A good team player, with the ability to work and be motivated independently
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office or Google’s office suit (docs, sheets, notes etc)
