The Role:
As an Experienced Appointment Setter, your primary focus will be on generating leads, conducting outreach, and fostering client relationships. You will play a crucial role in our sales and business development efforts. We seek individuals who take ownership of their tasks, excel with minimal supervision, and go above and beyond to identify and secure opportunities. Your proactive approach in engaging potential clients and scheduling appointments will significantly impact our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow our sales and marketing strategy and use the associated content to post to social media and our web site.
Target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
Take the initiative to research and understand prospects’ needs, enabling you to communicate the benefits of our service effectively.
Schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring that appointments are well-qualified and well-prepared.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and appointment-setting strategies.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share ideas to enhance our appointment-setting efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an appointment setter, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience in the IT Managed Service Provider arena is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve processes and results.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of Appointments Set: Ideally 10 appointments per month that show up.
Appointment Show Rate: Minimum 60% show rate.
Lead Response Time: During business hours, aim for a 5-minute response time to leads.
Quality of Appointments: Assess the quality of appointments by tracking whether they meet certain criteria, such as the prospect’s fit with the product or service, their budget, and their readiness to buy.
Call/Email Outreach Metrics: Aim for a call volume of 20-50 calls per day to start.
