As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with top-tier remote sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, engage with them through direct messaging, and schedule meetings to discuss how can fulfill their sales team needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify Leads:
Locate hiring posts on social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
Ensure the posts are from business owners looking for sales reps, avoiding other recruiters.
Direct Messaging:
Send direct messages to potential leads using simple and effective scripts.
Request detailed job descriptions from leads to understand their specific needs.
Qualify Leads:
Gather essential information about the role, company, product, target audience, compensation plan, and lead generation methods.
Verify that the potential client meets our audience criteria:
Significant, measurable ROI.
Strong belief in people, product, and process.
Ability to build a rapport and laugh together.
Share Opportunities:
Obtain permission from leads to share job descriptions with ’s network.
Fill out the Appointment Setter -> VA form to relay lead information to the internal team.
Coordinate with Internal Team:
Ensure the VA adds company information to the app.
Collaborate with the VA to refine job descriptions and prepare them for public viewing.
Assist in sourcing and sifting through sales reps to find the best matches for the client’s needs.
Client Interaction:
Schedule and conduct initial “Meet & Greet” calls to review the client’s job listing and discuss potential candidates.
Set expectations and provide a clear understanding of how can assist in fulfilling their hiring needs.
Follow-Up:
Schedule follow-up calls (“Triage, Present, Close”) to address any remaining questions and finalize placements.
Maintain cordial and professional communication with leads, ensuring a positive experience and potential future referrals.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using social media platforms for lead generation.
Ability to follow scripts and adapt messages to suit different personalities.
