WANTED: Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative / SDR

Attention, Top 1% Appointment Setters, we want you to join our team. The Ideal candidate will have experience in B2B appointment setting for a high-ticket service.

The Appointment Setter will be managing our cold outbound systems which are setup to reach 5000+ people every week, including LinkedIn, Cold Email, and DMs. The setter would be replying and contacting leads as they come in through multiple outbound channels and manually reaching out to potential prospects and booking them in our sales team’s calendar.

We’re hiring a rockstar setter for a virtual sales position in our high-ticket email marketing company, focused on helping ecom brands with their customer acquisition and retention. This base + commission role has no earning cap, giving you the power to create the life you want!

Key Requirements
– 20-30 hours a week availability, working from home.
– Appointment Setting Experience for a High Ticket Service in the B2B space.
– Exceptional follow-up and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– LinkedIn Lead Generation Expertise: Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools, in mail, connection campaigns, and the ability to initiate conversations and book demos.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Proactively contact prospects via email, LinkedIn and social media to introduce our services.
– Schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of our services
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and leverage current campaigns and initiatives in outreach efforts.
– Record and update client information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and appointments.
– Meet and exceed appointment setting and sales goals.
– Provide feedback to the team on market trends, responses, and potential areas of improvement.

– Webcam (for team meetings)
– Good quality headset with microphone for crisp and clear communication with prospects.
