As an Appointment Setter within our online fitness company, you’ll play a pivotal role in engaging potential clients virtually, initiating meaningful conversations, and scheduling online appointments with our fitness consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads through various online channels and facilitate the scheduling of virtual consultations or appointments.
Responsibilities:
1. Virtual Outreach: Utilize online platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Messenger, and other digital channels to engage potential clients, introduce our online fitness programs, and communicate the value proposition effectively.
2. Appointment Coordination: Manage virtual calendars and schedules to book online appointments for potential clients with our fitness consultants or trainers. Ensure prompt follow-ups and confirmation of scheduled sessions.
3. Client Engagement: Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients by addressing their inquiries, providing information about our online fitness offerings, and guiding them through the appointment setup process.
4. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of online interactions, scheduled appointments, and client information using digital tools or CRM software. Ensure data integrity and organization.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the online sales and marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation, online outreach campaigns, and promotional activities targeted towards virtual fitness services.
