As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by connecting with potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, understand their solar energy needs, and set appointments for our sales representatives. This is a vital role that directly impacts our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement: Contact potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce them to our solar solutions and generate interest.
• Qualification: Gather and assess information from leads to determine their solar energy needs, budget, and eligibility for our products and services.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring that appointments are convenient for both the customer and the sales team.
• Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up process with leads who may not be ready for immediate appointments, nurturing relationships over time.
• Database Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a solar company as an appointment setter
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy and its environmental and economic benefits.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
