We are now growing faster than ever at Delegate To Elevate LLC, and need a full-time Appointment Setter. As a Social Media Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and scheduling appointments through social media platforms.

This is a full-time opportunity, and you can work from the comfort of your own home (our Team is remote all over the world).

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize social media platforms (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to identify and connect with potential clients.
2. Generate leads by proactively searching for potential clients and engaging with them through comments, direct messages, and other forms of communication.

3. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their interest and suitability, and if they fit the client’s target market to book for an appointment.

4. Initiate conversations with prospects, effectively communicate the value proposition of the client’s products or services, and schedule qualified appointments.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, appointments scheduled, and outcomes in the company’s and client’s CRM system or tracking sheet.

6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on lead quality, appointment objectives, and strategies for converting appointments into sales.

7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified appointments set.

8. Be responsive to inquiries and requests from team members and clients addressing them in a prompt and professional manner.

9. Proactively provide suggestions for improvement, offering constructive feedback and insights to enhance processes, strategies, and outcomes.
