We do this by educating, and coaching our clients to take them from where they are to achieving their goals.

Primarily we work with coaches and consultants in Australia over a 12 month period and offer a mentoring program as well as done for you services.

We are looking for a motivated, punctual applicant who enjoys talking to people. You will be calling leads who have requested information about growing their business.

We are not cold calling, the lead will expect a call. You will qualify the lead by asking a few questions and booking the appointment for our account managers.

In time you will also be responsible for hiring, training and leading a team. And so is a lot of room for growth with this opportunity.

Requirements
– MUST have a computer, reliable internet connection and a mobile phone.
– MUST have 2 years appointment setting or sales experience
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales Representative, or similar.
– Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills along with excellent phone etiquette
– Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
– Be available to work 5 days a week/up to 3 hours a day [this may increase in time]
– Professional and courteous disposition.
– Persuasive and results oriented.

Responsibilities
– Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers we provide.
– Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.
– Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
– Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and the Sales Representative.
– Keeping a detailed log of calls, update CRM.
– Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
– Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.

As you progress, you will be responsible and working closely with our director to carry our key tasks and projects working towards achieving our goals.

Hours/salary
– Immediate start
– Hours: 15 hours/week, approx. 3 hrs/day over 5 days (with hours increasing over time to max 40 hours/wk)
– Pay: $9 AUD ($6 USD) per hour to begin with and will increase over time with results.
