Looking for an experienced appointment setter for a Life Insurance / Mortgage Protection brokerage to book appointment for mortgage leads. We do all our marketing in-house and all of our leads are fresh & expecting a call from us.
Leads are expecting our call to be scheduled for their 10min call to get the information they requested from a licensed broker.
Appointment Setter is expected to book appointments on 60% of the incoming leads for the week.
So if 100 leads for week > 60 appointments were booked
BONUS: If appointment setter books appointments on 60% of week’s leads and 60% of those appointments were available for their call; Appointment Setter will receive an additional $5USD bonus for every appointment the person was available.
So if 100 leads for week > 60 appointments booked > 36 were available > BONUS would be $180 USD ($5 x 36)
The bonus is on top of regular pay.
Earning $720/mo in bonuses is normal for this role.

Monday to Friday 1pm – 9pm EST

Prior appointment setting experience is required
Must be able to work during U.S. business hours
Native English is a must
