Job Description: Full-Time SDR Cold Caller – Appointment Setter
We are looking for a Full-Time SDR Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, resilient, and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is confident in their ability to handle and overcome rejection while maintaining an upbeat attitude.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full-Time SDR Cold Caller, you will be responsible for making 100-150 cold calls per day and booking 5-8 appointments per day. This position requires someone who has the ability to follow a proven script provided by the company. Additionally, the SDR Cold Caller will manage and update CRM, monitor and manage inbox, and complete regular training.
The SDR Cold Caller is responsible for making daily call confirmations and calling booked leads for the day for the setters. The successful candidate will be provided with a proven script and will be required to follow this script to ensure successful results.
Relevant Skills and Experience
To succeed as a Full-Time SDR Cold Caller, you will need the following skills and experience:
– Experience dealing with rejection and ability to follow a proven script
– Excellent communication skills with great English
– Resilience and ability to handle rejection
– Proven track record of achieving results
– Experience with CRM, sales or telemarketing is a plus

Additional Information
As a Full-Time SDR Cold Caller, you will use our dialler system. Pay is $300 per month plus $20 per booked call that converts to a closed deal. We offer a great company culture and fun team, and you will communicate with the team via slack.
