We are looking for an highly experienced Appointment Setter who can call and track clients who are looking to renew their health insurance for open enrolment. We need a player who is innovative in their outlook and love creating solutions for our clients. We are looking for someone able to think outside the box and work well with a dynamic and fun-loving team.

You will be working alongside a team of dedicated and competitive Insurance Sales Agents and you will be in charge of:
– Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
– Appointment Setting & Qualifying Calls
– Cold Calling and Cold Emailing to introduce the business and its products
– Qualifying Leads through means of call or email
– Maximizing Appointment/Demo Call Show-up Rates
– Enhancing the Sales Cycle by Minimizing Time Between First Touchpoint and Closing
– Utilizing our CRM to Effectively Communicate the Sales Process and Keep Timely Updates
– Maintaining the Company’s Brand & Reputation

REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience:
– 2+ years of sales and appointment setting experience in the US demographic. Basic insurance background is a HUGE PLUS!
– Client relationship and lead management experience is required.
– Proven track record of closing deals and client-retention
– Recommendation/Skills Verification Testimony from at least one employer on sales skillset
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree is preferred though equivalent in experience is always welcome
– US study is highly preferred
– Any sales certificates and additional training is preferred
Technical Skills:
– English level: native to bilingual with a neutral American accent plus excellent verbal skills & great written skills
– Excellent fundamental sales skills
– Excellent sales skills via phone
– Understanding of the US market & US culture
