Here are the responsibilities:
1. Outbound call prospects to set appointments.
2. Qualify prospects to ensure they can use what we have to offer.
3. Confirm appointments.
4. Keep track of sales and appointments.
5. Assist in attracting new customers.
6. Answer questions in CRM via phone, email, SMS, messenger, etc.
7. Assist with payments and invoices.
8. Manage CRM

The ideal candidate will have the following:
?? Proven experience in appointment setting.
??Mastery in project management & is a boss at keeping things on track.
?? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
??Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
?? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
?? Exceptional customer service skills- our clients deserve the best!
?? Experience in back-office support, especially client onboarding.

Some training will be provided, but you must already have STRONG Appointment Setting and Project management skills.
Compensation:
USD $800/month
PHP $44,979/month
Hours Of Operation: 9 AM- 5 PM ET
Fulltime.
