Job Description

We need a VA + Appointment Scheduler to schedule inbound interview requests between job candidates who we’re applying for jobs to for AND employers asking to interview them. We have a software User Interface we’ve built to make it easy to “mine” for interviews. This project is long-term and is rapidly scaling so as time moves on the team will grow.

The process will go something like:
– Sift through a single mailbox that forwards 100+ email accounts all to one inbox for employers asking for interviews with one of our job candidates.
– When you find an Interview Opportunity in an email, you’ll call/text the candidate (who’s already onboarded and expecting you to reach out) to find out which time slots they’re available for the interview.
– You’ll email to the employer from our internal email mailbox (as if you’re the candidate) the times the candidate is free and to get them to send a meeting invitation.
– Once you receive the meeting confirmation from the employer, you’ll forward that meeting invitation to the candidate and text/email them to confirm the time.

We have a software application we’ve built that streamlines the whole processes and makes it easy.

You’re basically a VA/personal assistant for lots of job candidates to assist them with their job search with a software interface to make all the communication super easy.

The most important things we’re looking for:

– Outstanding verbal and written English
– Previous appointment setting or recruiting experience preferred (both via phone and email)
– Strong customer service
– Creative problem solver; we’re constantly improving our software to make it easier to set interviews (and make money!) so we welcome feedback on how we can make everything more efficient

We pay $/per interview you set and $/per follow up completed.

If you’re interested then please complete the below two tasks and send them to

1. Please write a sample response to the below email for a candidate (the candidate is available every day any time after 2:30p CST). The goal is to set a meeting as quickly and easily as possible with as little back and forth with the employer.
2. Record and send a 30-60 second video introducing yourself and explaining why you think you’d be a great fit for the role.

Hello!

My name is Diego. I reach out to you on behalf of Diebold Nixdorf. I see you applied to one of our positions as Field Service Technician in Albuquerque, NM. Thank you for your interest.

I would also like to know what would be your (widest, if possible) availability range and if we could have a brief 10 minute call within that range, to get to know you better and speak more about the position. I normally call between 1 pm and 2:30 pm MST Monday-Friday. Does that work for you?

Thank you very much!
