Job Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential leads and prospects through various online platforms and databases.
Craft personalized and compelling cold email templates to initiate contact with targeted individuals and businesses.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services to prospects, focusing on their specific needs and pain points.
Utilize email automation tools and CRM software to manage and track outreach activities, including follow-ups and responses.
Schedule qualified appointments and demos for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff and transition.
Continuously optimize email templates and outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in cold email outreach and lead generation.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of prospect interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Applicant Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B or B2C appointment setting, preferably in a sales or lead generation role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive cold email messages.
Excellent research skills and attention to detail when identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Familiarity with email automation tools such as , SalesLoft, or Yesware, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset and a drive to exceed targets.
Adaptability and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections during the outreach process.
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sales principles and processes, including lead qualification and pipeline management.
