Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter, Skiptracer, CRM Manager

Responsibilities:
CRM Management: Dive into the heart of our CRM platform and help our customers optimize processes.
Appointment Setting/Cold-Calling: Propel our client interactions forward by reaching out to facilities and businesses, gauging their interest in selling. If the investor is ready for the deal, your hard work will be rewarded with a substantial commission.
Skip tracing: You’ll be skip tracing to the owner of the facility/business, because at the end of the day that is the only person that can sell. Sometimes this includes skip tracing owner family contact info, if the owner is not very reachable.
Data Entry: Your meticulous touch ensures our data is always accurate and up-to-date.
Lead Nurturing: Cultivate relationships with potential clients, turning leads into lasting connections.
Preferences:
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in GoHighLevel, Google Suite, Discord, Google Meet/Zoom, Wise, and Screenshot Monitor is a big plus.
Work Ethic: Hardworking, honest, and possessing excellent communication skills.
Language Mastery: Good English speaking/writing skills are essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in any US time zone.
Availability: Part-time and Full-time positions available, though Full-Time is preferred.
