We are a fast growing Automotive Mobile Brake Change business that is ALL about being the best and improving daily.

We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter to handle our 400+ inbound facebook messages monthly. Any complimentary skill is a bonus(Social Media Management, graphic design, email marketing)

This Job will require you to respond to all inbound messages within 5 minutes of them coming in. It will require obtaining the customers year make and model of their vehicle and then going to our suppliers website and putting together a quote for them.

This is a full time position and I’m looking for someone to stay long term. We are looking for a team member that LOVES to help people because that’s what we are all about. Must be dedicated and willing to grow and also willing to train daily. In order to help people you have to show up when you say you are going to show up. Being on time is a requirement.

We will be working together side by side. Communication is key to a good relationship. I ENCOURAGE you to ask me or anyone on my team as many questions as you need. And I promise you I will make sure every question you have will be answered. We are a TEAM therefore we solve problems TOGETHER. Nobody on this team is alone.

There is a base pay but also commissions for every appointment set. In the next few months I will crank up the inbound messages to 50 messages daily which equals more commissions. This is a great opportunity to make a amazing income. We will provide training. And it will be required to train 15 minutes daily.
