We are an online business-to-consumer serviced business working in the fitness industry to give young adults the dream body and confidence they’ve always wanted. I am an entrepreneur based in the US – San Diego, CA, looking for a second virtual assistant who can help with tasks such as:
– Responding directly to Instagram messages
– Perform cold outbound messages to generate cold leads
– Create personalized messages
– CRM management
– Following up with leads
– Lead data entry
I’m looking to find someone working full-time who can respond, send cold direct messages to potential clients, and enter data. The primary goal of responding and sending messages is to book calls with potential prospects. The ability to communicate, manage time, and personable skills are the most important. Responding to messages includes an outline script but requires personal skills in learning how I respond, send messages, and engage with people. You will also be working along side one other appointment setter who has worked with us for 8 months and has 3+ years of experience.
Ideal candidate for the position:
– Experience in Instagram and or Tik Tok appointment setting
– Has an Iphone
– WORK U.S HOURS: Shift 8am PST – 4:00 PST
– Proficient English
– Experience with: Airtable, google sheets, instagram and tik tok
Other benefits:
Starting hourly is $2.50 USD, with hourly increase with performance and time together.
Monthly commission up to an additional $130
