== THE POSITION ==
For this position, your primary responsibility will be doing outbound calls to commercial real estate owners to see if they are interested in selling their property or expanding their portfolio and then booking them for a call with a licensed real estate broker.
-> Requirements:
• Must have experience in one of the following areas: Customer Service, BPO, or Appointment Setting.
• Clear and neutral spoken English, enabling effective communication with a diverse range of customers.
• Available to work part-time (20 hrs/wk) to start with the potential of moving to full-time.
• Can work during standard US business hours.
• Fast, stable internet connection (Minimum download speed 5 Mbps)
• Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor – Intel i3 or equivalent, RAM – 4GB).
• Good headset (call center quality)
• Backup power source or work location for power outages.
