We are looking for someone who has a passion for writing, and experience in appointment setting via DM’s and moderating conversations on social media. We’re a digital marketing agency based in Australia (no more graveyard shifts!!!), working with a variety of clients in the financial services and real estate sectors. We’re a tight knit team – all working remotely – with a very supportive and fun culture (daggy dad jokes are also welcome!)

Most of the team is remote and we collaborate on Asana, Zoom, Confluence and Slack. We value experience, having a posivite attitude and work ethic and require you to be online Phillipines time (8am – 5pm).

About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced LinkedIn or social media moderator and B2B lead appointment setter to join our growing team. As a LinkedIn Moderator and B2B appointment setter, you will be responsible for moderating our clients LinkedIn profiles, engaging with 1st and 2nd connections and setting B2B lead appointments for our clients.

Similar to ‘live chat’ replies, you will be monitoring and responding to inbox messages on behalf of our clients. We need you to manage these client profiles as if it’s your own, upholding social engagement rules and representing our clients with the utmost professionalism.

The main goal is to engage with existing and new connections, answering questions and promoting our client’s products or services with the aim to book 15-min telephone or zoom calls / appointments for our clients with potential B2B connections who are interested in learning more about possible partnerships/business collaboration. Your role is to engage through written replies via LinkedIn – you don’t need to make any phone calls.

You will need to collaborate with the rest of our team to develop messaging and content for client LinkedIn engagement, track and report back on all engagement responses, lead appointment setting and overall campaign success.

About you
You have excellent English writing skills, are organised, professional at all times and detailed – oriented. You can take initiative but also be a team player who strives to improve systems and processes to make things more efficient.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of:
> Demonstrate that you’ve successfully worked as an appointment setter using direct messaging (written, not phone calls)
> At least 1 year experience working in the social media space or in a appointment setting role (i.e. online chat)
> Demonstrate stellar writing skills
> Incredible attention to detail
> Tech savvy, ability to pick up new systems fast

Bonus points if you have specific experience as a LinkedIn appointment setting via direct messaging!!

Hours – NO MORE GRAVEYARD SHIFTS
> Flexibility during 8am – 8pm weekdays & Saturdays 9am – 12pm
> This is a part-time position of approximately 4 hours per day (morning and afternoon blocks) with potential to become full time
> Hourly rate of AUD$10+ (Base + commission) + quarterly bonus structure ($100 + per quarter)
> Initial time commitment of 16-18 hours per week
> This can increase weekly as more clients onboard
