We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to support a dynamic sales team. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to the growth of our client base by developing professional referral networks, setting appointments, conducting follow-ups, engaging in cold-calling activities, and building targeted lists to support the overall sales strategy. Key Responsibilities:

•Developing Professional Referral Networking: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Alignable, and industry directories to build and expand professional referral networks. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential partners.

•Appointment Setting: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments with potential clients. Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of the products and services you are offering.

•Follow-ups and Reminders: Provide timely follow-up communication to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged. Send reminders and relevant information to prospects to ensure a positive customer experience.

•Cold Calling: Assist in executing targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads. Clearly communicate the benefits of the products and services you are offering.

•Lead List Building: Research and build targeted lists of potential clients based on specified criteria. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with target markets and industries.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 2 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead generation Specialist preferably for U.S.-based clients
•Demonstrated track record of over-achieving targets
•Possess an in-depth knowledge of effective lead mining and lead generation strategies including the ability to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources as well as industry best practices.
•Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
•Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
•Experience with email marketing
•Goal-focused, proactive with strong work ethics
•Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems

System and Work Setup Requirements:
•A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
•Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
•Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
•A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
