Etica Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. includes $20 bonuses for any appointments that are confirmed and attended

Responsibilities:
=============
*Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects with the goal of setting up appointments for our sales team.
*Utilize a provided script to effectively communicate with leads, present our products/services, and generate interest.
*Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, appointments, and customer information in our CRM system.
*Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and ensure appointment attendance.
*Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, strategies, and campaign initiatives.
*Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to potential customers.

Requirements:
===========
*Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar outbound calling role.
*Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, and engaging phone manner.
*Proficiency in English with a slight British accent is preferred.
*Strong active listening skills to effectively understand customer needs and identify opportunities.
*Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining a high level of productivity.
*Reliable and consistent high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and experience in accurately recording customer information.
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets and goals.
*Availability to work on the USA timezone (Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time).
*No Filipino accent in English communication is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
===================
*Experience in appointment setting within the B2B or B2C sales industry.
*Familiarity with sales and lead generation techniques.
*Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the ability to articulate its value proposition.
